Anyways, I’m not sure what music I should get. I came to think about Michael Jackson, since he has died and everything. MJ does have a lot of nice music, but I think I will get to hear enough of his music from TV and radio so I decided not to get MJ, for now. But thinking of MJ got me to think of another great dead artist. The Notorious BIG, I already have “Ready to die” and “Life after death” (ironic album, I know) so I decided to get some of the songs from the tribute album “Duets – The finale chapter”.

If you haven’t heard any Biggie music you should absolutely try it, NOW! Try out this song called “Everyday struggle”. Though I doubt you haven’t heard any of his music.

The weekend is coming up and as we all know most sites do not publish new content at this time. At least this was my dilemma. Since I was bored and wanted to surf the web for interesting articles, I needed an easy way of finding new sites. This is not always as easy as one would hope. Searching google for random content is not always a successful way of finding interesting content. Therefore I tried out stumble upon for the first time. I had my doubts, but I have found this site to be very helpful at finding new sites that I just couldn’t find on my own. Now that I have been using Stumble Upon for a while, I just can’t live without it! It’s great at finding videos, articles and whatnot that I like.

Stumble Upon asks you what kinds of categories you would like to view on the internet and gives you random sites within these categories. It will narrow down your interests if you give the site suggestions a thumbs up, or thumbs down. There is an addon created for firefox which works perfectly with stumble upon, making it easy to give the sites you like the thumbs up or sites you don’t like a thumbs down.

Most people, I would think, which are internet veterans already knows about Stumble Upon. But if you haven’t tried it yet I would recommend that you do, it will make surfing the web so much easier and fun. Check out Stumble Upon here, and the firefox addon here. I remember getting “The Curse of Monkey Island” in the late nineties. It was the third game of the monkey island series, and it became one of the games that I will always look back too in awe (the other being “The legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time”). After playing the game I just had to try the other games, but I found that I liked the third game of the series the best. I think much of the reason for me liking the third game the best (including the fourth) is because this was the first monkey island game that I had played, and lets not forget that the third game is the absolute most beautiful game of the lot. At least that is my opinion. The world was made so dreamy, and it made me wish I could live there.

I am really thrilled that the fifth game of the series has been released today, but the sad thing is that I can’t play it since I am currently away from home with only an lousy old macintosh which is falling apart. But at least it gives me more of a reason for wanting to get home. I doubt it will be better then the third monkey island game, the graphics they are using is a big setback if you ask me. It probably wouldn’t have hurt using some beautiful 2D graphics as they did in “The Curse of Monkey Island”, I doubt the hardcore fans would have minded. Instead they chose to use some ugly 3D graphics which they also did in the fourth game, though I must admit that it looks a little bit better this time judging from the photos that I have seen. OK, maybe a lot better, I don’t know, I will know when I get to try it for myself. Anyhow, I am at least expecting to get lots of good laughs!

“Tales of Monkey Island” will be made and released by Telltale Games.

WCG has a handfull of scientific projects that benefit human kind. You can set your computer to work with finding a cure for cancer, AIDS and other interesting projects. You can configure BOINC to work only while you’re idle.

I have been using iDisk for two years, and I have been using Dropbox ever since it became open to the public. After using Dropbox for a while I have formed the opinion that the Dropbox interface is much better then iDisk, and I have the feeling that files upload much faster. I don´t have any concrete data confirming that files transfer faster in Dropbox then with iDisk but it´s a known fact that Apple has been having problems with their Europe based servers when it comes to speed and uptime. Dropbox is perfect for sharing files between your computer. I use it primarily as a storage and transfer “disk” (between computers) for my school work. Since I did not have much constructive to say on the matter of photography most of my posts ended up consisting of various other topics such as “Best free antivirus” or “My list of favorite anime”. The fact that I nearly never wrote about the same topic consistently made me give up, thinking that no one would like to read a blog where all the posts were of vast different content.

But here I am.. again! Giving it another shot. It has been a long time since I last tried blogging. I will try not to portray this blog as being a blog about photography, anime, computers or any other such narrow field of interest. My previous attempts on blogging have shown me that all these different aspects are just different sides of my personality, and I have the urge to express them all. I may like Japanese cartoons (anime), but it is not what defines me. This time around, with this blog, I will simply write what comes to mind. Variation of topic will be a better way of showing you who I am and what I stand for. Hope you will enjoy it!
